Do You Know The Importance of Surveillance Camera?
We woke up to cries down are alley. Such noises and those horrible screams did not let us calm down for a bit. Everyone was so shocked that nobody dared to peak in to find out what had happened. By the time someone called 911, the noises had died down already. Scared to say our locals were not too much into digging their noses in other people’s business. Yes, that how they describe helping others in danger while abetting crimes somehow by not alerting cops soon enough. Due to our impecunious situation, I and my wife had to accommodate a small 1 room flat in a very bad neighborhood. Our penniless bank account and the monstrous locality made it impossible for us to secure our own home. Then, this incident in our alley shook my wife to the core and made me take some drastic decisions.

The next question that came was Bullet vs Dome Camera. We had heard about the dome cameras and seen some at our workplaces and in public buildings. But, we had no idea that these can be implemented at homes too. To our surprise, it worked pretty well. If you are as clueless as me, I will tell you what they are for. These are a type of surveillance camera that is used to monitor the behavior, activities or information to influence, manage and direct your surroundings. We installed a few inside our home, one at our porch, and another at the back alley of our home. I was ready to bring justice to anyone and everyone who was near me and needed help. If only we had this installation earlier, I could have at least help the cops bring that murderer to justice and help the victim. I am not trying to sound a hero. I truly am not.
But as a human being, I have duties and responsibilities. Remember, if a defaulter is at fault for committing a crime you are at fault if you are abetting the deed or turn a blind eye to it. There are other ways to secure your home and workplace. Employ a simple biometric lock at your main door. Something that will only open with your fingerprint or cornea recognition. Well, this can be a little bit too expensive. If you are tight on financial ground, try using a password enabled lock. Install a Bullet camera or a dome camera facing your door and the driveway to see who is coming up to your door. Also, install a peek hole at the door. Know who is at the door before you open the door. The surveillance footage is also treated as legal evidence for the committed crime.
If you have babies and pets at home dome cameras can be helpful for you. I monitor my baby while he is with the baby sitter. I simply make sure there is no emergency condition that I have to rush to. In case there are any break-ins I have an alarm system installed. A simple incident can make you so skeptical and scared, all you just want is to live a simple and safe life. I hope my story was able to bring everyone a closure to the importance of installing surveillance cameras at home. Do not think that you live in a nice society and there won’t be any mishaps. It doesn’t come with a knock at your door. It simply bangs your door open and sweeps off every last bit of happiness in your heaven.
